We are pleased to offer SafeLink application services to low-income individuals in New Mexico. This service provides a free smart phone, plus 350 minutes and data each month to qualifying customers.

Individuals who receive benefits such as TANF, Food Stamps, Medicaid, SSI, or HUD/Section 8 Housing will qualify for a SafeLink phone.

Walk-in applications Tues, Wed, Thurs

from 9:30 a.m to 3 p.m. 

We’re usually open on Mondays but it is recommended that you call first: 505-321-4638

CLOSED FRIDAYS

We’re located in Albuquerque at 3200 Carlisle Blve NE, Suite 101 (east side of Carlisle between Candelaria & Comanche).

No appointment necessary.  Please bring proof of your benefits, i.e., your Food Stamps or Medicaid card or Notice of Approval letter, SSI or LiHeap approval, etc.
