Safelink is a Federal government program that provides free phones, minutes, and data to low-income customers.  We are a SafeLink ‘agent’, contracted to submit applications on SafeLink’s website only. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONES IN OUR OFFICE, and we are not able to help with your phone (broken, lost, no minutes, etc) or your existing SafeLink account. Phones  are mailed to qualified customers by SafeLink within about 7 days of submitting the application.

Individuals who receive benefits such as Food Stamps, Medicaid, SSI, Veteran’s & Survivor’s Pension, or HUD/Section 8 Housing will qualify for a SafeLink phone.

We’re located in Albuquerque at 3200 Carlisle Blve NE, Suite 101 (east side of Carlisle between Candelaria & Comanche).

Although we try to maintain consistent office hours, there are times when we are required to be out of the office without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. If possible, please call in advance to ensure we are here to help you:  505-321-0628.  Thank you.
